Refund Policy

Effective date: July 9, 2026

No Refunds — Cancel Anytime

nudgeTab Pro is billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. We do not offer refunds, prorated or otherwise, for partial billing periods.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account. Canceling stops future renewals immediately, but you will retain Pro access for the remainder of the period you already paid for — we will not bill you again after that period ends.

Why We Don't Prorate Refunds

Pro is priced low specifically so it doesn't need a trial-and-refund cycle — you can try the Free plan indefinitely before subscribing, and cancel a Pro subscription at any time with no ongoing commitment. This keeps billing simple and predictable for everyone.

Exceptions

We may issue a refund at our discretion in cases of:

  • A duplicate or accidental charge
  • A billing error on our part (for example, being charged after a successful cancellation)
  • A payment processing error caused by our payment provider

If you believe you've been charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll investigate.

How to Request a Refund

Email us with your account email and the date of the charge in question:

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
